All terms are retroactive.
☆These drawings may not be used commercially, minted for exchange of cryptocurrency, or used for blockchain activity whatsoever.
☆These drawings may not be used for AI/neural network training purposes.
☆Unless otherwise discussed beforehand, payments are to be made upfront; after receiving payment I will begin your commission.
☆I do not send progress shots for sketches or mini/chibi drawings unless otherwise requested. Sketches will be sent for all custom design work. (Please note that this does not apply to physical merchandise commissions!)
☆You will receive an un-watermarked version, while the watermarked version is uploaded publicly, unless discussed prior.
☆Commissions from me may not be altered or traced by anyone other than myself.
☆Your art may take upwards of 8 weeks from date of payment to be finished. If anything occurs that will prevent me from finishing your drawing in this time frame, I will contact you. Rush orders are not available.
☆You MUST have explicit proof of permission to order romantic/NSFW art of any one else's character(s)/personal characters you do not own.
☆For mini/SD/chibi commissions, complex designs may be simplified.
☆Armor/clothing details may be simplified for sketch commissions
